Warranty and repairs
Free repair period for products purchased from MIORI
- Free repairs within 60 days of purchase. *Damage caused by strong impact, dropping, friction, etc., or damage caused by the customer's usage environment or handling, will not be eligible for return, exchange, or repair. Charms and accessories are also not eligible for exchange or repair. Thank you for your understanding. *As our products are handmade using natural stones and materials, there may be slight variations in appearance even when purchasing the same product.
Precautions for repairs
Additional charges
- The shipping costs for repaired items will be borne by the customer.
- We will cover the cost of returning the repaired item.
Handling of consumables
- Consumable accessory parts can be repaired or replaced once during the warranty period.
Out-of-warranty repairs
- Free repairs and replacements are no longer available for products outside the warranty period. If repairs are required, a fee will be charged and payment must be made before returning the product.
- Please note that we will only accept repairs once we have received notification of the shipment of the product for repair, so please be aware of the warranty period. If the warranty period has expired before we receive notification of the shipment of the product for repair, repairs will be charged.
- For customers who require paid repairs, we will inspect the item and provide you with an estimate.
Sending unauthorized repairs
- We will not accept any items sent for repair without prior authorization.
Materials and time used for repair
- Because natural materials are used, we may not be able to provide the same color stone, leather, thread, etc. as the original when you purchased the item. In that case, we may use similar materials based on the recipe (product creation document). We appreciate your understanding.
- Because the product is handcrafted by artisans, the standard repair period is approximately 2 to 3 months. The repair period may vary depending on the timing, so please understand that this is only a guideline.
Repair Procedure
Approval Process
- Once we receive your repair request, you will be contacted by our customer service team within 48 hours. Please follow the return instructions.
- Repair : After receiving the returned product, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with a new product and deliver it to the specified address.
- Repair time : Replacement takes 3-5 business days , and repairs take approximately 30-45 business days .
How to apply for repair service
- Repairs are available for : Products that are broken, deformed, have beads falling off, or have serious damage caused by daily wear within the warranty period.

- A brief description of the damage and at least two photos showing the current state of the product
- After checking the contents, we will reply to you with information on whether we can repair the product free of charge or for a fee, as well as the shipping address for the product to be repaired.
- When you send the item for repair (shipping costs are your responsibility), please email customer support with the parcel number.
